  Sat at our table for an hour and fifteen minutes and never got our food. Our server was trying her best but the "kitchen was really backed up." The room we were sitting was maybe half full. Asked to speak to a manager, he never bothered to come by. No excuse for that kind of service, manager on duty was awful. I wouldn't go back if they offered me a free meal. Place is pathetic, period.

  Good lunch experience here on a Friday. Waitress was very good and friendly with a good sense of humor. We ordered from the 15 minute guarantee lunch menu. Wings were really good and the Caesar side salad was really big for a side salad! The meal actually came out past 15 minutes and they happily gave us a certificate for our next lunch free. You do have to use it within 1 month. The manager checked in with us a couple of times but not in an annoying way. He seemed like a real cool guy that I'd like to drink beers with. Great sense of humor too. Will be back. Lots of TVs if you are looking for a place to watch the sports ball game. Oh, they also offered us a drink to go as part of free refills. Sweet! I couldn't have a beer because I had to go back to work but they had a very good beer selection with lots of Michigan beers.

  I was there with some co-workers for lunch on a Friday. When we first arrived we were told 10 minutes. After waiting around for 20 minutes, they told us they didn't have anywhere for us to sit or a server to wait on us! We got seated eventually after my co-worker pointed out a party leaving. After looking around We noticed there were probably 10 open tables! The "quick" lunch menu took over the 15 minutes promised.
